Jason – Vice President
Born in Stamford, Jason received his first SLR at the age of six. Since then, he has shot millions of images in dozens of countries. Jason has been trained by every major photographic manufacturer and spent a week at the Leica Akademie in Solms. Some of his earliest memories are of trips with his Dad into the City to visit the back rooms of “old school” camera shops and seeing that gold Leica R4.
Jason currently shoots with a Nikon D300, Olympus EPL1, and a Casio FS10.

Brian – Sales Manager
The camera bug bit Brian in 1972 when got his first SLR to record the night launch of Apollo 17. Photography has been a major interest since , it became his livelihood over 24 years ago. First at Scarsdale Camera then Camera Wholesalers these last 14 years. The stars still figure prominently in his photography and he is our resident astrophotographer.

Tim – Senior Sales Associate
I’m Camera Wholesalers Senior Sales Associate. I started my love of photography when I bought my first camera, a Pentax K1000, more than 30 years ago. I now have over 20 years of experience in the photographic industry with expertise in Photographic Darkroom Equipment and Accessories, Binoculars and Telescopes, Photographic Lighting, Tripods and Camera Mounts, Camera Accessories, as well as, Digital Camera Equipment and Accessories. Digital has changed the way photographers work, but the equipment to get the job done is still the same, and that’s where myself and fellow sales associates knowledge comes in to help you.

Richard – Sales Associate
A photography enthusiast since his teens, Richard has been in the industry for over 30 years. He began his career at a custom photo lab in Westchester County, NY which catered to some of the top professional photographers in the New York area. He has been involved in the photo specialty field from the use of all types of film cameras to the newer digital based photography assisting customers with their needs. Richard is knowledgeable in all aspects of photography and advises customers, from beginners to professionals, on how to get the best possible results from their equipment. He has been with Camera Wholesalers for nearly 20 years and is the resident Leica specialist.

Kim – Sales Associate
Kim has been with Camera Wholesalers since 2002, his fifteen year in photo retail & his twenty sixth in retail sales. Kim has a Bachelor in Science in Business Administration and a Associate Degree in Business administration. He enjoys a wide variety of interests such as science & arts and design, along with travel and languages, since he is fluent in Spanish in Portuguese.

Erik – Lab Technician
With years of experience, Erik is an expert on all of our photo lab’s complex machinery. Whether you need a poster made or a book printed, a video transferred to DVD or a custom greeting card, Erik does it all with a keen eye. Erik is also a professional wedding and event photographer.

Fred – Ebay & Internet Sales Associate
2010 marks Fred’s 32nd year in the photo retail industry. He started right out of college as manager of a small photofinishing store in Jackson Heights, Queens & has been part of the staffs of such stores as Westside Camera, Lens & Repro and K&M Tribeca in New York. Earning the designation of Certified Photo Consultant from PMAI in 1999, Fred has continued to cultivate his passion for photography as a member of En Foco & Help Portrait, a contributing writer to Photoinduced.com and shooting whenever possible. An image of his was selected for exhibition at the 2009 Look 3 Festival of the Photograph in Charlotteville,Va. and he hopes to continue to submit other works in future competitions. Fred also relishes his role as husband, father & grandfather of 3 & lives in Trumbull,CT.

Todd – Sales Associate
Todd has been with Camera Wholesalers for almost 2 years now. Having grown up in the Digital Age, he has a great understanding of all things technical. His forte is Point and Shoot cameras, but he is also knowledgeable in many aspects of photography. Todd will assist when making your camera purchase by listening to your needs and being the helping hand who guides you in the right direction.
