The Vanguard QS-45 Quick Release Plate is compatible with Vanguard's SBH-300 head. Measuring 3.5" (90mm) long, the QS-45 features both a 1/4"-20 and a 3/8"-16 camera screw, and also has a video pin for anti-twist protection. The position of the camera screw can be adjusted.
