Wells spoke at our first workshop and it was a wonderful evening with standing room attendance. We are very excited to have Frank T. Smith speak to us and show us his travel photography tips in the backdrop of his recent trip this last December to Cuba. Allow Frank Smith himself describe the upcoming workshop...
"Photography is about capturing a moment in time...seeing something through a lens that may change or be gone in a instant. Cuba is unique. Here is a place where time, in essence has stood still. Cuba is a myriad of artistic, social & sensual pleasures. The people are warm, the enviorment amazing and the architecture is stunning. The photographic opportunities in Cuba are unparralled. The challenge in Cuba was deciding what not to photograph! It is truly an area that is a gift to photographers & I am thankful that I was there at a point in time before much of it will change. In this program, I will show you from my images of Cuba how to capture images that will convey the beauty & magic of whichever place you travel and preserve them for future generations".
